Infolden collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries and deliver agreed work: the name, company, work email, optional phone number, and message submitted through the contact form.

Information shared during a pilot — such as work order references, repair status, and contact details required for follow-up — is used solely to progress the agreed repair cases, and is handled within the access boundaries defined before work begins.

Infolden does not sell information. To request access to or deletion of information you have shared, use the contact form on the home page.
